Analysis

Oakleaf Park is a condominium located in the leafy green area of Bukit Antarabangsa. Although the built-up area is slightly small, the beautiful surroundings more than make up for the lack of space especially the 4 bedroom units. This condominium is also high density, and the workmanship and finishing is of average quality. The main advantage of this condominium is the location, and accessibility to the city.
However, should another landslide occur in Bukit Antarabangsa again, Oakleaf Park may be hit again. It was reported in The Star (November 19, 2009 edition) that this particular area was of concern.
